Use cold towels for fire rehab


As a member and president of the Sacramento Fire Buff Club, I help run a canteen for fire incidents. We found a quick and easy way to cool down the firefighters in rehab.
Take small dishtowels and soak them in a bucket of ice water. When a firefighter comes into rehab put the cold towel around their neck.
